Nutrition: Simplified!

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED: A monthly supply of Shakeology to be used to replace at least one meal per day for the entire duration of the 12 weeks and nutrition plan provided to you by me. 



NUTRITION makes up about 70% of your results, and because of that, there will be a BIG emphasis on that throughout the 12 weeks challenge! I want to arm you with the knowledge of HOW to eat, WHAT to eat, WHEN to eat, and WHY you should eat to FUEL your body, instead of eating until you're FULL. I want you to be able to go out to eat with friends without having to fear that you will slip back into your old habits again and gain it all back.
