Overnight Pumpkin Oats!

This recipe will take you all of 5 minutes to put together and throw into the crockpot! You will have a ready made breakfast for 4 days...all you'll need to do is pair it with a protein source for a complete meal.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Organic Steel Cut Oats

1 cup Organic Pumpkin (ONLY ingredient should be pumpkin!)

2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 cup Water

2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

1-2 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup

3 scoops of Kal Stevia

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray (use an olive oil mister)

2.) Put all ingredients into the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.

3.) Stir and serve!

Makes 4 servings
