Healthy Apple Crisp Oatmeal Bake


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of gluten free quick cooking oats

  • 2 Tablespoons of gluten free oat flour (optional)

  • 1/4 cup of stevia in the raw

  • 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking power

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2-1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract (avoid HFCS)

  • 1/4 cup of liquid egg whites

  • 1/2-3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 organic apple, diced

  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spray an 8" pan with non stick spray

  3. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly

  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top

  5. Enjoy!
