Healthy Apple Crisp Oatmeal Bake
Ingredients:
2 cups of gluten free quick cooking oats
2 Tablespoons of gluten free oat flour (optional)
1/4 cup of stevia in the raw
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking power
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2-1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract (avoid HFCS)
1/4 cup of liquid egg whites
1/2-3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 organic apple, diced
1 teaspoon of coconut oil, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray an 8" pan with non stick spray
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top
