Peanut Butter Balls!

This recipe is SUPER easy to make and only has FOUR ingredients!

INGREDIENTS:

*1/2 cup of Natural Peanut Butter

*2 Tablespoons of Honey

*5/8 cup of Dark Chocolate (I recommend Lindt Extra Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa, broken into pieces)

*1 1/4 Teaspoon of Coconut Oil

DIRECTIONS:

*Mix Peanut Butter and Honey together using an electric mixer until thick (approximately 1 minute)

*Roll into balls and freeze for at least 45 minutes.

*Combine Chocolate pieces and Coconut Oil and heat in microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Heat in microwave for another minute (or until melted).

*Let chocolate/coconut oil mixture sit out for approximately 10 minutes to slightly harden.

*Once balls are chilled, dip in chocolate mixture.

*Place balls into the refrigerator to chill.

Fitness Vixen Tip: I made mine into quarter-size balls which made approximately 16-18 balls.
