Don't get me wrong...I LOVE me some eggs. I eat them all kinds of different ways (my favorite is scrambled) but over the course of my coaching career and one of my friends texting me and asking, "I'm struggling to come up with protein sources for breakfast because I don't like eggs." So, it gave me the idea to blog about this to help all you non-egg eaters out there!

You don't have to eat "breakfast food" for breakfast! You can have chicken or fish although most people won't eat that in the morning! To trick yourself think of it as "Meal #1" instead of "Breakfast"!
Fitness Vixen Tip: If you don't like Greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese, make a smoothie with fruit and the Greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese and you won't even be able to taste it!
