Clean Chocolate Almond Oatmeal Shakeology Recipe
Doesn't that sound delicious? Well guess what?! It will sound even better after you read this - it tastes JUST LIKE a frosty! Yep! I grabbed myself a spoon and enjoyed my clean, healthy treat sans the guilt!
Want to know how to make it? I thought you would! It's perfect for a meal replacement and/or a recovery drink after a really hard workout!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 banana, frozen and peeled
2 Tablespoons natural, unsalted Almond Butter
1 scoop Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
1/4 cup Gluten Free Quick Cook Oats
1/3 cup of Ice
DIRECTIONS:
Blend in a blender until desired consistency is achieved!
Fitness Vixen Tips:
*Change the consistency of your shake by adding more or less almond milk and/or ice.
*Vegan protein, particularly Shakeology, has a certain consistency. I have not tried other protein sources in this shake. Please be advised that it may taste different depending on the brand/type of protein powder you use.
