Chocolate Dipped Cookies & Cream Quest Bars

Are you craving something sweet? Quest recently released their newest flavor of their famous protein bars...Cookies & Cream! It is delicious just as it is (especially if you heat it in the microwave for about 10 seconds!) plus it has 21g of protein with only 3g of active carbs! However, I wanted to change things up a bit! Try this out and let me know what you think!

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 Quest Cookies & Cream Protein Bar (available on Amazon.com or most supplement shops such as GNC, etc.)

* 1/2 Teaspoon of Coconut Oil, melted (I recommend the Organic Coconut Oil from Trader Joe's)

* 20-30 grams Dark Chocolate (I recommend Lindt Dark Chocolate 70%)

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Melt Coconut Oil in the microwave (approximately 30 seconds)

2.) Melt Dark Chocolate in the microwave (begin with 30 seconds and check until it's reached your desired consistency, be sure to keep stirring it!)

3.) Mix Coconut Oil & Dark Chocolate together

4.) Cut the Quest bar into chunks, and dip the chunks into the oil/chocolate mixture

5.) Place in refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.

6.) Eat & ENJOY!
