Garlic Lime Shrimp

Shrimp is one of those foods that you might be a little leery to cook. You don't want to waste the cost of the shrimp in case something goes wrong while you cook them, but you also can't wait to eat them. No fear! Shrimp are really easy to cook and taste delicious! Here is one of my favorite recipes:

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon of coconut oil, melted

1 pound of shrimp, peeled and de-veined

1/4 Teaspoon of sea salt or pink salt

1/4 Teaspoon of black pepper

1 clove of garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lime

Directions:

1. Combine coconut oil and shrimp into a small bowl. Add sea salt, black pepper, garlic and lime and toss to thoroughly mix.

2. Sautee shrimp over medium high heat for approximately 2 minutes on each side until pink.

3. Serve immediately.
