Kickin' Grilled Chicken
Kickin' Grilled Chicken Recipe!
Ingredients:
* 2 pounds of chicken breasts or thighs (6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
* 3/4 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
* 1/2 teaspoon oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon coriander
* 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
* 2 Tablespoons of honey
* 3 Tablespoons minced garlic
* 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (I use Bragg Raw/Unfiltered/Organic Apple Cider Vinegar)
Directions:
1. Mix all of the spices together. 2. Add the spices to the chicken in a tupperware container or a Ziploc bag. Add honey and Apple Cider Vinegar. 3. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes - 1 hour. 4. Grill until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink on the inside.
Pair your chicken with a carb (black beans, brown rice, red or sweet potato) and a Fibrous Carb (Asparagus, Green Beans, Broccoli) for a delicious and nutritious meal to FUEL your body!
