Peach Mango Shakeology Recipe

I am a HUGE fan of Shakeology as you may have guessed by looking at many of my recipes. I use it daily as one of my meal replacements. Not only is it a very easy and convenient way to get all of my nutrients in but it also is SO delicious and tastes just like a smoothie or a milkshake!

This is a great Shakeology recipe for pre or post workout because of the protein and carbs! It also sounds great to sip on while sitting out by the pool during the summer!

Ingredients: 1 Mango 1 Peach 1 cup of water

1 scoop or packet of Vanilla Shakeology

Ice to taste

Optional Ingredients: Cinnamon Nutmeg Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Directions: 1. Wash and chop mango into small cubes (removing from the skin) 2. Wash and chop peach into small cubes (you can keep the skin intact or remove it...it's up to you) 3. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

I made mine with a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg and it was so good!
