Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe

I love making healthy desserts with unexpected ingredients! My hubby Judd whipped up this chocolate avocado pudding recipe a couple weeks ago and has literally made it almost everyday since then! It's super quick, super easy, and guilt-free!

Ingredients:

2 Avocados 1 scoop/packet of Vanilla Shakeology

1 cup Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk

1.5 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder

6 small scoops Stevia

1 pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Directions:

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. 2. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to one hour or until chilled. 3. Enjoy!

This makes 4 servings. This recipe can easily be split in half for 2 servings.
