Rice Cake Cereal
Although there are some healthier cereal alternatives they can still pack a BIG punch when it comes to sugar and calories unless you actually adhere to the teeny-tiny serving size (and let's face it...who does that?)! For a few years now I've been making this rice cake "cereal" when the craving hits! It's only FOUR INGREDIENTS so you know what that means...it's easy to make! It will save you hundreds of calories and countless grams of sugar!
Ingredients:
1-2 unsalted brown rice cakes
4-6 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
1 scoop of stevia extract
Cinnamon, to taste (don't add too much cinnamon!)
Fresh Fruit (optional)
Directions:
1. Crumble the rice cake(s) into tiny pieces.
2. Add rice cake(s) to a bowl and add remaining ingredients! ENJOY! XOXO,
